Set the Run filesystem / environment and run command:

FNDLOAD apps/apps 0 Y UPLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct $AD_TOP/patch/115/import/US/adzdpatch.ldt - CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE
